JESSICA HYNCIK

Director of Implementation Services

Jessica is Logile’s Director of Implementation Services. In this role, she is responsible for leading the implementation of all technology and software solutions for all of Logile’s customers. Implementation services include training, system configuration, and data integration. Following implementation, Jess and her team serve as the first point of contact for ongoing customer service and support.

Jess joined Logile in 2013 where she first served as a Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Manager. Prior to joining the Logile team, she worked in the management consulting and grocery retail industries at H.B. Maynard (now Accenture) and Wegmans Food Markets, respectively. Her workforce management expertise includes workplace organization and productivity, engineered labor standards, labor modeling, forecasting, employee self-service, scheduling, time & attendance, and reporting/analysis. Her knowledge of the grocery industry provides added value for the support and future development of Logile’s products and services.

Jess has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Hail to Pitt! She and her family reside outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
