His advocacy of agile, real-time solutions revolutionized the way in which enterprise workforce applications are conceived and available in the market today. Purna was the founder of SoftThought Solutions, Inc., later Timera, which introduced FDS and EWM, industry leading workforce management solutions. Purna and the experienced Logile team take workforce management to a new level with the Enterprise Labor ModelTM and Interaction Workflow PortalTM and a complete suite of workforce and execution management and optimization modules.
