Mike focuses on growth investments in software/SaaS and technology companies. Prior to joining Sixth Street Growth in 2022, Mike was a Principal at Level Equity focused on investing in software and technology businesses.
Previously, he held positions at OFS Capital, Berkery, Noyes & Co, and KPMG. Mike graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a B.S. double major in Accounting and Finance.

Gavin Gallagher has over 30 years of experience in both industry and consulting roles with a focus on technology. Gavin has worked with Macy’s, Accenture and H-E-B, spending the last 20+ years with H-E-B creating a world-class team of engineers and technologists focused on building enterprise-class custom applications, mobile applications for customers and employees, cloud native applications hosted across the major public cloud providers, along with a broad set of SaaS offerings across an extensive range of retail verticals, including Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Pharmacy, Health Care Provider Clinics, Real Estate, Corporate Back Office and in-store Retail Technology.
Gavin spent over 18 years as Chief Information Officer and retired from H-E-B as Chief Operating Officer for Digital in 2023. Gavin has a great passion for applying technology to solve business challenges and is actively using his deep experience as a Board member for Logile, Decision Next and Favor. Gavin is also an early investor with Hudini and is currently COO.

Mike Jackson

A retail industry veteran and visionary, and former President and COO of SUPERVALU, Mike Jackson is a Logile Board of Directors member. From his broad experience, Mike understands the issues and challenges facing retail. During his career at SUPERVALU, Mike served the company in many key positions that included Northwest Regional President, Senior VP of Retail Food Operations, EVP and President of Retail Food Companies and his last position as President/COO. He also held numerous positions in his early career that included responsibilities in merchandising, operations and procurement as well as managing several retail supermarkets.
Since his retirement in late 2009, Mike has been actively involved in his support for industry organizations and causes. He serves on the boards of Northgate Gonzalez Markets and iControl as well as doing work for non-profit organizations in the central Florida area where he resides.
Mike is an accomplished executive with leadership in retail operations, marketing and logistics. He is strategic, innovative, analytical and decisive with strong mentoring, talent development and change management capabilities. Mike is known in the industry for his visionary thoughts on how retail stores should transform to compete effectively in the marketplace
Mike’s leadership and executive guidance is a key support to Logile as they endeavor to become an even more significant player with an even larger industry footprint in the retail software and solution marketplace. In addition to his business acumen, Mike brings strong coaching skills to Logile that supports the senior management team.
Mike holds a degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he also serves as a trustee. Mike also completed the Wharton School’s executive management program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sham Telang

Sham Telang has 25 years of executive leadership, including board experience, technology operating advisory experience, P&L, product management, and technology management expertise spanning a broad range of company sizes from start-up to large multi-billion-dollar global companies within a diverse industry segmentation including D2C, B2B, FinTech, LegalTech, High-Tech, Retail, Real Estate, and more.
Sham was the CPTO at Perceptyx, a PE backed company specializing in people listening analytics where he transitioned the company to a SaaS multi-product business. Prior to Perceptyx, Sham was the COO/CTO at LegalZoom (NASDQ:LZ) where he helped double the ARR from $192 million to $425 million in 6 years with FCF of $110 million. He was part of the executive team that filed the confidential S1. Sham was also the global CITO for Experian, Plc (EXPN) where he helped scale it from $350 million to $1.2 billion in revenue across nine countries.
Sham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications and a Master’s in Computer Science.
