With a career spanning over 33 years of retail store operations and labour management, Brian has earned a formidable reputation as an accountable and disciplined leader. His expertise in turnaround initiatives, developing talented leadership teams, creating business strategies and applying industry trends to deliver positive business results mean he really understands the challenges clients face, and can collaborate with those clients for mutual success.
Most recently, Brian held the position of Director at a $3 billion, full service supermarket chain operating 134 stores in 6 northeast states. He has a sterling and proven track record of achieving significant results, and has gained valuable experience across all facets of the retail business. Brian has experience with large scale rollouts of new systems and change management including employee self-service, scheduling, task management and labour management systems.
