Senior Director, Pre-Sales

As Senior Director, Pre-Sales, Rob works with our prospective customers to build an understanding their workforce management approach. Every retailer has their own unique strengths and opportunities to improve the way they manage their employees. Rob expertise is developing customized transformational roadmaps from their current workforce management solution to Logile’s cutting-edge tools. Rob’s background allows him to quickly identify the most impactful areas focus to focus on to gain the most value of their investment in Logile.

Rob’s role prior to Pre-Sales was implementing Logile’s suite of tools and providing consulting services to our customers. Rob has successfully led implementations of Logile’s Enterprise Standards Manager™, Enterprise Labor Model™, Sales and Labor Planning™, Demand Forecasting™, Staff Planning™, Wall-to-Wall Labor Scheduling™, Real-Time Reforecasting™, and Performance Management and Reporting™ solutions. Rob oversaw the configuration of Logile’s software, trained customer team members in its use, and provided ongoing customer support beyond implementation. Emphasizing the value of delivering exceptional customer service, Rob has been instrumental in instilling the focused responsiveness that distinguishes our implementation services team, resulting in customers achieving returns on investment in excess of targeted amounts.

As one of the first industrial engineers to join Logile, Rob helped to lay the groundwork for Logile’s industrial engineering (IE) consulting practice. The IE team has extensive experience in analyzing and documenting key business processes, implementing improvements to workspaces and methods, and developing engineered labor standards and best practices.

Rob joined Logile in 2009, bringing his experience managing large scale software implementations and workforce improvement projects to major retailers throughout the United States. Rob’s workforce management expertise includes labor modeling (bottom up and top down), labor and sales forecasting, engineered labor standards, workforce productivity, and real-time plan optimization.

Prior to joining Logile, Rob worked for top-tier management consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture. At Booz Allen, Rob provided leadership and project management expertise to apply traditional industrial engineering principles to a variety of government and commercial environments. His efforts led to increased workforce performance that improved customer service and achieved significant labor savings. At Accenture, Rob was a member of the retail practice team, where he spent eight years working with clients such as Wegmans Food Markets, Pilot Travel Centers, CVS Pharmacy, Giant Eagle, Delhaize America, Supervalu, Price Chopper, Big Y, and others.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
