With over 20 years of experience in store operations and labor management, Phil has been able to lead Labor Management, Wall-to-Wall Labor Scheduling, and Cross-Scheduling for Heinen’s to successfully help grow and utilize the company’s workforce in many different areas of its stores.

Brian Monaco leads solutions marketing as the Vice President of Solutions Marketing at Logile after previously leading Logile’s industrial engineering and retail operational consulting teams.
