Logile Wins Gold and Silver Stevie® Awards for AI Innovation in Retail Operations

Logile recognized for transforming store operations and delivering measurable business impact through AI-powered platform

DALLAS–April 27, 2026–Logile, Inc., a global leader in AI-powered Connected Workforce solutions, today announced it has been named a Gold Stevie® Award winner in the Best Use of AI in Business Transformation category, and a Silver Stevie® Award winner in the Best AI-Powered Product or Service category  in the 24th Annual American Business Awards®.

Stevie winners will be presented their awards on June 9 at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 9. Tickets are now on sale.

Logile Takes Home the Gold and Silver

Logile was recognized for reimagining retail store operations through its AI-powered platform, which unifies forecasting, labor scheduling, inventory, fresh item management, and task execution into a single, demand-driven operating model. By replacing fragmented systems with a single source of truth, Logile enables retailers to align decisions across the enterprise and execute with precision at the store level.

At the core of this transformation is Logile’s One Store, One Forecast approach, which creates a shared demand signal that drives coordinated action across labor, inventory, fresh production, and execution. This model moves AI beyond insights and into daily operations, helping retailers improve productivity, reduce waste, and deliver more consistent in-store experiences.

Retailers including Northgate González Market and Vallarta Supermarkets demonstrate the measurable impact of this approach. Northgate consolidated more than a dozen forecasting systems into a unified model, achieving a 23% productivity improvement, 25% reduction in overtime, and 31% decrease in full-time turnover. Vallarta implemented Logile’s AI-powered fresh inventory and production capabilities, resulting in a validated 1070% ROI, a 15.2-month payback period, and more than $10 million in projected profit over three years.

Logile’s platform also strengthens in-store performance by synchronizing item-level forecasting, production planning, inventory visibility, and labor-aware execution. This ensures stores produce the right products at the right time, maintain shelf availability, and reduce shrink, ultimately improving both sales and margins.

Logile’s recognition reflects strong market momentum, including more than 45% annual recurring revenue growth and adoption across retailers operating in 11 countries and over 40,000 locations. The company continues to expand its AI capabilities through its Global AI Innovation Center and ongoing investment in solutions that improve store execution and performance at scale.

“Retailers don’t need more disconnected AI tools. They need a way to operationalize AI across the store,” said Purna Mishra, Founder and CEO of Logile. “These awards reflect the work our customers are doing to run more aligned, demand-driven operations. When every function runs from the same plan, the results are measurable, repeatable, and scalable.”

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

“Organizations across the United States continue to set a high standard for innovation and performance,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. “The breadth and quality of nominations submitted to the 2026 American Business Awards reflect a dynamic and competitive business environment. We congratulate all of this year’s Stevie Award winners and look forward to celebrating their accomplishments at our June 9 awards ceremony in New York.”
