Retailers rank Logile #1 across 10 different measurement criteria, more than any other vendor in the Annual RIS Leaderboard Survey where customers rate 50 retail technology vendors.
Rick Schlenker, Logile’s SVP of Sales and Marketing, shared that “Each year, Logile is asked by numerous trade publications and analyst or research firms to participate in surveys, special reports, and advertising. However, in our ten year history, we have never participated. Our decision to participate for the first time in the RIS Leaderboard survey was influenced by encouragement from our customers and after careful review of RIS magazine’s survey methodology and lack of required sponsorship.”
Purna Mishra, President and CEO of Logile said that “We are extremely grateful for the confidence and high ratings provided by our customers and we are equally thankful to learn where as a company we must focus our attention to get better.”
About the RIS Leaderboard Survey
The annual RIS News Software LeaderBoard survey is conducted by Litchfield Research, an independent research firm. The year’s survey aggregates 747 evaluations made by 332 retailers about 50 retail technology vendors. The end result was a data set that was filtered, sorted and cross-tabbed to create 50 top-10 charts and one top-20 chart. The Customer Satisfaction score in the LeaderBoard was based on retailer evaluations in 10 criteria. These 10 criteria ranged from return on investment (ROI) and total cost of operation (TCO) to quality of support and innovation.
