Weis Markets has completed their implementation of Logile Inc.’s Enterprise Labor Planning™ suite of software across their chain of 163 supermarkets in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

“Our store associates teamed up with Logile’s industrial engineers to study the work, identify opportunities, and to model improvements that were then adopted and rolled out to all stores. By using Logile’s labor planning software, we leverage the use of store characteristics, engineered labor standards, and product movement data to develop accurate labor budgets that are both transparent and supported by our store management teams,” said John Neuberger, Weis’ Vice President of Operational Administration.

Rick Schlenker, Logile’s co-founder and SVP of Sales and Marketing said that it has been a tremendous experience working with Weis as they have such high standards and maintain an unwavering commitment to their customers and their associates.
