Nearly 9 in 10 retail decision-makers call their fresh operations a success, yet 74% can’t clearly see what’s happening inside them.    

In a new survey of 200 U.S. senior retail decision-makers, Logile found that:

  • 76% say consistency across locations is hard to maintain
  • 82% say reducing shrink and waste is a growing business priority
  • 41% of large retailers call managing fresh “very challenging” – nearly double the 21% of mid-size organizations
