Chris Love
Chris Love is co-founder of TCN Capital, a technology investment company focused on transforming how consulting and systems integration are delivered. Previously, he co-founded REPL Group, a retail consultancy specialising in workforce management, which was acquired by Accenture in 2021. Chris is a recognised authority on labour planning and the future of work in retail, having advised many of the world’s largest retailers on workforce transformation. TCN Capital is an investor in Frontline XP, a member of the LogileONE partner ecosystem and sponsor of this event.

James Freshwater
James Freshwater is VP - UK, EMEA & International at Logile, where he leads the company's growth beyond its North American roots. He has spent more than two decades in retail workforce management, with a consistent focus throughout: bringing customers, partners and teams into a more connected way of working. It is the thinking behind Logile Connect EMEA, which he hosts in Worcester.

Rory Graham
Rory Graham is VP Customer Experience, EMEA at Logile, where he leads the Delivery, Customer Success and Value Engineering teams. He has a passion for helping leading retailers realise value from workforce management and operational optimisation initiatives. With extensive experience across retail operations, consulting, and technology transformation, he partners with customers to improve productivity, colleague engagement, and business performance.

Chris Thompson
Chris Thompson began his retail career in 1995 as a part-time customer assistant before progressing through the business to become a Store Manager. Over 22 years, he gained first-hand experience in frontline retail, team leadership and the realities of running busy stores. A secondment into Retail Operations introduced Chris to Booths’ early Excel-based labour models and vendor selection for a workforce management solution. Since 2018, he has served as Labour Planning Manager at Booths, overseeing the full suite of Logile products. His shop-floor roots continue to shape his practical, people-focused approach to retail operations.

Evelyn McMullen
Evelyn McMullen manages the global ROI strategy team within the recruiting, talent management, workforce management, and employee experience markets. She is an expert in ROI analysis and brings that knowledge to help sellers and buyers of technology to understand and maximize the value of their HCM investments. Evelyn is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted in numerous trade and business publications, including Fast Company, SHRM Online, and Business.com. She has a BA from Emmanuel College and frequently conducts training classes on ROI selling techniques. In her spare time, she is an avid skier.

Vivek Gopalpuria
Vivek Gopalpuria leads Product Marketing at Logile, where he is responsible for shaping the positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and market narrative for Logile’s Connected Workforce Platform. With deep experience across workforce management and product marketing in retail technology, he works closely with product, sales and customer teams to translate complex capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with retailers. He is passionate about helping retailers connect planning and execution to improve productivity, empower store teams and deliver better customer experiences.

Worcester offers a range of hotel accommodation options which are located within a short car or taxi journey from Sixways. We recommend the The Premier Inn at M5 Junction 6. It is the closest to Sixways, a few minutes from the venue, for anyone who just wants convenience. Diglis House Hotel is the nicer city-centre option by the river and the cathedral, about a ten to fifteen minute taxi out.
